Chicken drumsticks with vegetables and potatoes

- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 250g of small potatoes
- ½ red onion
- Small carrots
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in an ovenproof dish. Chop the red onion.
- Arrange the carrots, boiled potatoes and onion around the chicken drumsticks.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.
