Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • Provencal herbs
  • 150g Oatmeal
  • 70g Parmesan cheese
  • 100g butter
  • Olive oil

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°c
    2. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Place them in an ovenproof dish. Add a dash of oil and herbs de Provence.
    3. Prepare the crumble mixture, using your fingertips, mix the oatmeal with the parmesan and the butter cut into pieces.
    4. Arrange on the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
