Easy tomato and oatmeal crumble

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- Provencal herbs
- 150g Oatmeal
- 70g Parmesan cheese
- 100g butter
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Place them in an ovenproof dish. Add a dash of oil and herbs de Provence.
- Prepare the crumble mixture, using your fingertips, mix the oatmeal with the parmesan and the butter cut into pieces.
- Arrange on the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
