French toast with peaches

Ingredients

Slices of stale sandwich bread
2 eggs
200ml milk
50g sugar
1 peach

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°c
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk.
Place the slices of stale bread in the ovenproof dish. Pour the mixture over them.
Cut the peach into quarters and place on the bread.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
