  • 1/2 glass bulgur 

  • 1 bunch parsley 
  • 1/2 bunch mint 
  • 1/2 red onion 
  • 2 tomatoes 
  • Olive oil 
  • 1 lemon 
  • Salt and pepper 


    1. Cook the bulgur asindicated on the packet.
    2. Meanwhile, chop the parsley and mint, mince the redonion and dice the tomatoes. Place everything in a salad bowl.
    3. Add the olive oil, the juice of half a lemon,salt and pepper.
    4. Add the bulgur and mix well.
