Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ras EL hanout
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley

      Preparation

      1. Preheat the oven to 180°c
      2. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of water.
      3. Once cooked, mash them.
      4. Chop the onion and add to the mashed potatoes.
      5. Add the eggs. Mix and add the chopped parsley and spices and then the olive oil.
      6. Form balls and place on a baking sheet, flatten slightly.
      7. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
      8. Serve with Moroccan soup.
