  • 3 cod fillets
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g black olives
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil


      1. Preheat the oven to 180°c.
      2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half.
      3. Arrange the cod in the dish, add the tomatoes and olives around them.
      4. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
      5. Add a little water to the bottom of the dish.
      6. Bake for 30 minutes.

        Serve and enjoy!
