- 500 g of mini peppers, all colours
- Fresh cheese
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 180°c
Wash the peppers, cut them lengthways and remove the flesh.
Sprinkle the peppers with fresh cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut out strips from the puff pastry. Wrap the strips around the vegetables.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Add little eyes, (ATTENTION NOT EDIBLE), to scare your guests.
