  • 150g flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 45mL olive oil
  • 150mL milk
  • 200g frozen or tinned peas
  • A few mint leaves
  • 200g feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper


    1. Preheat oven to 180°c
    2. Mix the eggs,flour and baking powder in a bowl.
    3. Add the olive oil and milk. Mix again. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Add the peas, chopped mint and feta cheese to the mixture. Mix well.
    5. Pour into a cake tin. Place a few peas and feta cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes.
