Wash and remove the ends of the 2 bananas, mash them in a bowl. Save the skins to cut them into small pieces and add them to the bowl.

STEP 3

In a salad bowl, mix the soft butter with the compote, flour, yeast and sugar. Mix well.

STEP 4

Add the mashed bananas and mix.

STEP 5

Place the mixture in a cake mold, take the remaining banana and cut it in half to place it on top of the cake. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Add salt and pepper. Add water until the mixture is covered.

Cover and bring everything to a low boil for 1 hour 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
