How do I return a product or products?

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to return a product or products.

The product/products must be:

-        not used

-        in its original condition (when it is a set, you must return the whole set)

-        returned in its original packaging

If you received an incomplete order or a damaged product, please contact us via our form including pictures explaining the enquiry as much as possible.

How to return ?

• You will receive a confirmation e-mail

Do I have to pay for returning my product?

• The cost of any returns must be covered by you.

   How do I get a refund?

·       Once your products are received and checked, you will receive an e-mail notification. All accurately returned products will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s payment card they placed their order with.

·       We reserve the right to not proceed to a reimbursement if products are returned broken or in a condition that the company is unable to resell..
