Personal data
The company International Cookware, whose head office is located in Châteauroux (36000) – 85, allée des Maisons Rouges, registered in the Châteauroux trade and companies register under number 399 311 315 (hereinafter “IC” ) collects personal data from users (hereinafter “Customer(s)”) of the website www.pyrex.fr (hereinafter the “Site”).
The personal data collected on this Site are subject to processing, whether automated or not, by IC. This processing is subject in particular to the “Informatique et Libertés” law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and to the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”). /p>

Data controller
The personal data provided by the Customer when registering for certain sections of the Site are intended exclusively for IC (Processing Manager) who determines the purposes and means of their processing and who may transfer them to its service providers (subcontractors). data processors). The processing of data by these subcontractors is always limited to the purposes defined by IC.
Purposes of processing
The purpose of the processing is to allow users of the Site to benefit from the services and activities of the Site, in particular offers or thematic content. This processing by IC is necessary for the administration of its site, the execution of its services, the promotion and sale of its products, correspondence with its Customers and invoicing. This processing is also necessary to enable IC to comply with its legal obligations and to respond to certain legitimate interests linked in particular to its management. The categories of data collected are title, surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number, as well as the data necessary for the purchase (in particular products purchased , chosen payment method).
Data security
IC takes with regard to its employees and requires from its data processors the technical and organizational security measures necessary to guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and to protect them against accidental or illegal destruction, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access, in accordance with applicable rules.
Data transfer
The Customer's data may be transferred to certain data subcontractors, located outside the European Economic Area. During this transfer, the Customer's data is kept in compliance with legal protection and security obligations, in accordance with applicable European regulations (GDPR). In the event of a transfer, IC requires from its subcontractors sufficient guarantees on the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to achieve the requirements of European regulations and the protection of the Client's data, in particular when this is necessary by the use of model contractual clauses provided by the European Commission in application of the GDPR. In the event of cessation of data subcontracting or after the end of processing, IC requires its subcontractors to destroy or immediately return the data with the prohibition of keeping a copy, unless otherwise provided for in the applicable law in the territory where the subcontractor is established.
Consent to treatment
By giving explicit consent (check box, voluntary registration, order), the Customer may also receive information and offers by email (emails and newsletters) issued exclusively by the publisher of the Site. The Customer can unsubscribe at any time. No use is made without the Customer's agreement of this information (check box or voluntary registration) which is neither transferred nor sold, unless the Customer expressly accepts its transmission to the Site's partners. /p>
The mandatory information when registering the Customer for one of the sections of the site is clearly identified (error message). Optional information is used to better understand the Customer in order to offer them content and services that meet their expectations as closely as possible.

The Customer is free to refuse the installation of cookies by modifying the settings of his Internet browser, however the Site cannot be held responsible the consequences induced by these settings, in particular the limitation or deactivation of certain functionalities based on these techniques.
Shelf life
Personal data will be kept for the duration necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:
- For a period of 3 years from the Customer's last activity on the Site or on one of IC's electronic communication media (for example clicking on a link in the newsletter or emailing);
- In the event of an order, this duration is extended to 10 years, in order to maintain a history of orders (Products purchased, invoicing) and due to the warranty period of the Products (this data can be deleted at any time upon simple request of the Customer);
- For a period of 13 months for “cookies”.
As an exception to the above, the retention period may be different if: (i) the Customer exercises his right to delete data concerning him, under the conditions described below; (ii) a longer retention period is authorized or imposed under a legal or regulatory obligation. The Customer's personal data may in particular be subject to archiving in order to meet IC's accounting and tax obligations, such as the obligation to retain invoices for 10 years (article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code). Exercise of rights
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. The Customer also benefits from a right of opposition, a right to limitation of processing and the portability of personal data. For processing based on the collection of consent, the Customer may withdraw his consent at any time.
