Professional equality index Men / Women 2024
International Cookware is committed to promoting professional and salary equality and reaffirms its commitment to respecting the principle of non-discrimination between women and men. In accordance with legal provisions, we publish the gender equality index which is made up of 5 indicators which assess inequalities between women and men in companies: salary gaps, differences in the distribution of increases and distribution of individual promotions, the proportion of employees increased upon return from maternity leave and finally the number of women and men among the ten highest paid.
