  • Usage tips

Golden turkey dances with creamy potatoes, sweet carrots, tender mushrooms, topped with a divinely festive cranberry sauce.

  • 1 turkey
  • 6 potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 250g mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250g dried cranberries (sauce)
  • 100ml broth (for the sauce)
  • 1 cup water (for the sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (for the sauce)

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Stage 2

Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the turkey in the casserole dish.

Stage 3

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots ( keep the peelings to make a future broth or vegetable chips - if you use organic vegetables).

Stage 4

Wash and chop the mushrooms (keep the stems to make a velouté).

Stage 5

Add the vegetables to the casserole. Add a little oil. Close the lid and bake for 1 hour.

Stage 6

Meanwhile, prepare the cranberry sauce. Place the dried cranberries, stock and water in a saucepan and simmer until until the cranberries are tender.

Stage 7

Add the spoonful of sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
