Scallop, shrimp and white fish casserole

Une symphonie délectable de pétoncles, crevettes et poisson blanc, dans une sauce onctueuse au vin blanc et à la crème. Gourmandise exquise, régal assuré.
Ingredients

- 600g of scallops
- 1kg of shrimp
- 3 nice pieces of white fish, hake type
- 1 onion
- 15 cl of white wine
- 20cl of white cream
- 2spoons soupof flour
- 1 knob of butter
Utensils
Recipe
Stage 1
Chop the onion and brown it in a knob of butter.
Stage 2
Peel the shrimp and add them to the onion.
Stage 3
Add the white fish cut into pieces, then brown the scallops .
Stage 4
Mix the white wine with the 2 tablespoons of flour. Pour in the white wine and add the crème fraîche. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Stage 5
Preheat the oven to 200°c.
Stage 6
Pour it everything in a baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Stage 7
Serve with vegetables or rice.
