A Provencal treat: juicy tomatoes, flavored with herbs, crowned with a crispy parmesan crumble. An explosion of flavors!




  • 4 tomatoes
  • Provençal herbs
  • 150g oat flakes
  • 70g parmesan
  • 100g butter
  • olive oil



Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Place them in a baking dish. Add a drizzle of oil and Provence herbs.

Stage 3

Prepare the crumble mixture , with your fingertips, mix the oat flakes with the parmesan and the butter cut into pieces.

Stage 4

Arrange on the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
