  • 3 lemons
  • 125g sugar
  • 75g melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • meringues and lemon slices (for decoration)

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Spread the shortcrust pastry in the tart pan.

Stage 3

Squeeze the 3 lemons.

Stage 4

Beat the eggs with the sugar and mix well. Add the lemon juice then the melted butter.

Stage 5

Pour the mixture over the dough.

Stage 6

Bake for 30 minutes.

Stage 7

Wait until the tart is warm before decorating it.
