  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 500g blueberries
  • 50cl heavy cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • almond flour

Recipe

Stage 1

Roll out the pastry in a tart dish. Prick it with a fork and sprinkle with almond flour.

Stage 2

Fill the pastry with the blueberries.

Stage 3

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 210°C.

Stage 4

Mix the cream, sugar, and eggs together. Pour the mixture over the blueberries.

Stage 5

Bake again for 15 minutes at 210°C.
