Terrine with two salmon

An elegant terrine with two salmon, where the sweetness of fresh salmon dances with the smoke, enveloped in a delicate cream.
Ingredients

- 500g of fresh salmon
- 250g of smoked salmon
- 200g of fromage blanc
- 100g of liquid cream
- 2 gelatin leaves
- salt and pepper
- Dill
- Lemon

Stage 1
Steam the fresh salmon.
Stage 2
Line the bottom of the cake mold with cling film and arrange the slices of steamed salmon.
Stage 3
Mix the steamed salmon with the cottage cheese and the cream. Sprinkle with dill and add a little lemon juice.
Stage 4
Soft the gelatin leaves in the water, squeeze them well and add them to the previous mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Stage 5
Pour into the mold, on the slices of smoked salmon. Fold the slices to close the terrine.
Stage 6
Leave to rest in the fridge for about 4 hours.
