- 125g sugar
- 200g dark chocolate
- 90g butter
- 2 eggs
- 90g flour
- 70g walnut
- white fondant icing
- edible sugar eyes

Recipe
Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Stage 2
Melt the chocolate and butter together.
Stage 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar, then add the melted chocolate and butter mixture, followed by the eggs. Mix well.
Stage 4
Stir in the walnuts, then mix again. Grease and flour a baking tin, then pour in the brownie mixture.
Stage 5
Bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the tin and cutting into rectangles.
Stage 6
Roll out the fondant icing with a rolling pin, then cut it into thin strips using a knife.
Stage 7
Decorate the cooled brownies with the fondant strips to create a mummy effect, and add the sugar eyes.
