Baked green asparagus risotto

A creamy dream of rice, caressed by parmesan, enhanced by roasted green asparagus. A ballet of flavors in the oven.
Ingredients

- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 onion
- 1L of vegetable stock
- 300g of rice for risotto
- Parmesan
- olive oil

Recipe
Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Stage 2
Wash and chop the asparagus, keeping the tips.
Stage 3
Brown the onion in a little olive oil. Add the rice and mix well. Add the asparagus .
Stage 4
Add the white wine and half of the vegetable stock.
Stage 5
Pour into a baking dish.
Stage 6
Put in the oven for 25/30 minutes.
Stage 7
Add more stock if necessary.
Stage 8
Brown the asparagus heads in a little oil.
Stage 9
Remove from the oven and add the parmesan and asparagus heads.
