A dish of tender cod, entwined with juicy cherry tomatoes and black olives rich in flavor, a Mediterranean delight.




  • 3 cod fillets
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g black olives
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Stage 2

Cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half.

Stage 3

Arrange the cod in the dish, add the tomatoes and olives around it.

Stage 4

Salt, pepper and sprinkle with 'herbes de Provence. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

Stage 5

Add a little water to the bottom of the dish.

Stage 6

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
