  • 1 pack of plain tortilla
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ red onion
  • 150g cheddar cheese
  • 100g of grated mozzarella
  • Thich cream (sour cream)
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C Cut the avocado, place the flesh in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, and mash everything together. Season with salt, pepper, and add coriander.

Stage 2

Dice the tomato, finely slice the red onion, add the juice of half a lemon and some coriander. Mix well.

Stage 3

In an ovenproof dish, place the chips. Add the cheeses on top.

Stage 4

Bake for 10 minutes.

Stage 5

Add the toppings and enjoy!
