Brie crown

A delicious crown of soft bread, enveloping the delicious melted brie, sprinkled with pink berries and captivating aromas.
Ingredients

- 1 brie cheese
- 375g flour
- 20 g fresh baker's yeast (or 1 sachet of baker's yeast)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250ml water
- Salt
- pink berries
- 1 egg yolk

Recipe
Stage 1
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Gradually add the water. The dough should come away from the sides.
Stage 2
Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
Stage 3
After '1 hour, degas the dough, cover with a cloth and refrigerate overnight.
Stage 4
The next day, preheat the oven to 200°c and place the brie on a baking tray. Knead the dough into balls. If the dough sticks a little, sprinkle your work surface with flour. Arrange the balls all around the brie.
Stage 5
Brush the bread balls with egg. Add the pink berries and rosemary and bake for 20 minutes.
