Fir puff pastry with smoked salmon and fresh cheese

An enchanting puff pastry, combining the finesse of smoked salmon, the creaminess of cream cheese, fragrant dill and the brightness of pink berries. A crunchy delight!

- 2 puff pastry
- 125g cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon
- Dill
- Pink berries
- Sesame seeds
- 1 egg

Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 210°c
Stage 2
Lay out the first puff pastry.
Stage 3
Spread the cream cheese and add the smoked salmon in strips. Add the dill and the pink berries.
Stage 4
Unroll the second puff pastry on top.
Stage 5
Cut the dough to form a tree, without forgetting the trunk (keep the scraps for other starters).
Stage 6
Twist the branches.
Stage 7
Brush with egg yolk and bake for 15 minutes .
