Preheat the oven to 180°c
Wash and chop the mushrooms and brown them in a little butter.
Chop the garlic clove and the shallot and chop the parsley. Add to the mushrooms.
Garnish the cannelloni and place on a dish. Top with béchamel sauce and a little gruyere, then bake for 30 minutes.
