Preheat the oven to 180°c
Cut the brick sheets in half. Fold the half brick sheets in half lengthwise.
At the end of the brick sheet, place a little cheese goat cheese and honey.
Fold the strip of brick sheet into a triangle, starting from the corner where the goat cheese is located. Close the brick tightly. Make the other bricks until the goat cheese is used up.
Brush the bricks with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes, until the bricks are golden brown.
