Lamb with mint sauce

A tender and fragrant shoulder of lamb, enveloped in a sweet and minty vinegar mixture, roasted to perfection for a gourmet delight.




  • 1 shoulder of lamb
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • Cider vinegar
  • 50g sugar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt/pepper


Stage 1

With a knife, score the meat on one side only. Salt and pepper.

Stage 2

In a bowl mix the sugar with the cider vinegar, the olive oil and the chopped mint bunch.

Stage 3

Brush the piece of meat with the preparation, put it in a dish, cover it and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Stage 4

After 2 hours, remove the excess mint.

Stage 5

Preheat the oven to 200°. Put the meat in a baking dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
