A journey of Italian flavors: lasagna full of homemade bolognese, topped with creamy bechamel, gratinated until the ultimate deliciousness.




  • 1/2 package of lasagna
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 carrots
  • 600g tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • Oregano - Thyme
  • Salt / pepper
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Béchamel



Stage 1

Brown the garlic and the chopped onion in a little olive oil.

Stage 2

Add the diced carrot then the minced meat.

Stage 3

Add the tomato puree, the aromatic herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Stage 4

Prepare the béchamel

Stage 5

Preheat the oven to 200°c. Place a thin layer of béchamel in the bottom of the dish, add lasagna sheets, then the bolognese , béchamel and grated cheese. Repeat the operation until the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of béchamel, add the grated cheese.

Stage 6

Bake for about 25 min.
