  • 4 greek yogurts (4pots)
  • 50cL liquid cream
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 mango

Recipe

Stage 1

Place the mixing bowl and whisk in the fridge 1 hour before starting

Stage 2

Add all the ingredients to the chilled bowl. Whisk together and pour the mixture into a freezer-safe dish

Stage 3

Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours

Stage 4

Cut the mango into pieces and set aside

Stage 5

Scoop the ice cream into balls and add a few pieces of mango on top
