  • 1cut roast beef
  • 20cl beef stock
  • 300g shelled green beans
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • fresh parsley

Recipe

Stage 1

Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes.

Stage 2

Cut the onion into lar pieces.

Stage 3

Distribute the green beans, carrots, potatoes and onion in the bottom of the casserole dish.

Stage 4

Add the roast beef on top and drizzle with the beef stock, sprinkle with thyme, then season.

Stage 5

Put the lid on the casserole dish and place in the oven for 1 hr 30.
