Steamed Chinese dumplings

An artisanal culinary experience: fresh pasta, chicken stuffing, fragrant vegetables, tasty ravioli, a delicious gastronomic adventure.




  • 250g flour
  • 150ml hot water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 chicken cutlets
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1tbsp ground ginger



    Stage 1

    In a salad bowl, put the flour and add 150 ml of hot water and a pinch of salt. Mix for at least 10 minutes and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

    Stage 2

    Wash and peel the vegetables.

    Stage 3

    PluExpensive, cut the vegetables. Cut the escalope into pieces. Mix everything. Set aside to cool.

    Stage 4

    Take small pieces of pasta, flatten the dough as thinly as possible. Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles.

    Stage 5

    Place some stuffing in the center of each circle. Close the ravioli by pleating the edges.

    Stage 6

    Heat water in a saucepan, place the ravioli in a steamer basket. Place the basket on the saucepan and leave cook 20 min.
