The festive, anti-waste puff tree

Sesame seeds

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 210 °c

2ND STEP

Unroll the first puff pastry

STEP 3

Spread the cream cheese and add the leftover smoked salmon and dill

STEP 4

Cover the whole thing with the second puff pastry

STEP 5

Cut the dough into the shape of a tree: first form a triangle and finish with the shape of the trunk at the bottom (collect the leftover pasta to make balls to cook at the same time)

STEP 6

Make cuts on each side of the triangle to form the branches of the tree then wrap them one after the other

STEP 7

Brush with egg yolk and bake for 15 minutes
