  • Usage tips

    Use: In a conventional oven (300°C maximum), microwave oven if sized appropriately, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

    Never use:

    • Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.

    Care instructions:

    Our glass, although more resistant than others, can break into several pieces or be chipped as a result of repeated mechanical shocks.

A tender symphony of golden flour, sweet sugar, and coated chocolate, this soft brioche awakens the senses, an irresistible delight from the oven.

Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 85g sugar
  • 20g fresh yeast
  • 110g butter
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • chocolate bar

Recipe

Stage 1

Heat the milk and add the crumbled yeast.

Stage 2

Put the flour, sugar, salt, egg and milk/yeast mixture in the bowl of a food processor or in a salad bowl and mix.

Stage 3

Gradually add the softened butter cut into pieces and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.

Stage 4

Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

Stage 5

At the end of the kneading time, degas the dough and cut it into 8 pieces.

Stage 6

Lower the ball slightly, place a chocolate bar on top and close the dough to resemble a mini baguette.

Stage 7

Arrange the dough pieces in a baking dish, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Stage 8

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
