Apple and salted butter caramel muffins

A sweet symphony begins with a soft base, enriched with salted butter caramel, tender apples, and melting treats.
Ingredients

- 200g flour
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 60 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 70g of sugar
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 1mm baking soda – or can do we use ¼ teaspoon?
- Baking soda
- 1apple
- Salted butter caramel

Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Stage 2
Melt the butter
Stage 3
Mix the sugar, melted butter, yogurt and egg in a bowl.
Stage 4
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the bicarbonate. Mix well to form a dough.
Stage 5
Put a tablespoon of dough in a muffin mold, add a teaspoon of salted butter caramel, a few pieces of diced apple and cover with a teaspoon soup of batter. Do not overfill the molds.
Stage 6
Add the diced apples on top of the muffins.
Stage 7
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Wait until the muffins are warm before removing them.
