  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 20cl liquid cream
  • 200g dark chocolate


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 200°c

Stage 2

Unroll the dough in the tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Stage 3

In a bowl, break the chocolate bar into pieces.

Stage 4

In a saucepan, heat the liquid cream and pour it over the chocolate.

Stage 5

Pour the chocolate ganache over the dough and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
