Apricots cake

Soft cake: sweet marriage of yogurt, tender flour, sun-kissed apricots, sprinkled with crunchy, golden almonds. Irresistible golden delight!

- 1 natural yogurt
- 125g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 50g strong> butter
- 3 eggs
- 6 apricots
- Slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Recipe
Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Stage 2
Put the yogurt in a bowl, add the flour, sugar and baking powder and mix well.
Stage 3
Add the eggs one by one and mix.
Stage 4
Melt butter and add it to the mixture.
Stage 5
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Stage 6
Arrange the apricot halves on top and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Stage 7
Pour in a tablespoon of brown sugar.
Stage 8
Bake for 30 minutes.
