Ingredients

- 100g plain flour
- 20g sugar
- 200g milk
- 1g egg(s)
- 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- butter
Recipe
Stage 1
Place the flour in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients (except the cocoa powder), and mix until smooth.
Stage 2
Take a small portion of the crêpe batter and mix in the cocoa powder. Pour this mixture into a freezer bag.
Stage 3
Heat a little butter in a frying pan. Cut a small corner off the freezer bag and use it to pipe a swirl pattern into the pan.
Stage 4
Once the swirl is set, pour the plain crêpe batter over the top to cover the design.
Stage 5
Cook until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
