Celebrate fall with creamy pumpkin pasta, enhanced with a touch of garlic, cream and parmesan, a creamy delight.




  • ½ pumpkin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Tablespoon of liquid cream
  • 200g pasta
  • Parmesan


Stage 1

Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds.

Stage 2

Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Stage 3

Meanwhile, cook the pasta as indicated on the packet.

Stage 4

When the pumpkin is cooked, remove the skin and puree the flesh, add the crushed garlic and the 2 tablespoons of liquid cream.

Stage 5

Mix the pasta with the pumpkin sauce, the parmesan and 50 to 100 ml of reserved water to loosen them. Season and sprinkle with additional parmesan.
