A crispy crust, a harmony of tomatoes, zucchini and mustard, golden to perfection. An exquisite tart to taste!




  • 300g of flour
  • 150g of butter
  • Salt
  • 10cl water
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • Mustard
  • Egg + milk for browning


Stage 1

Mix all the ingredients to make the dough. Form a ball and leave it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Stage 2

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Stage 3

Roll out the dough and brush the bottom with mustard.

Stage 4

Wash and cut the vegetables into slices. Arrange them on the tart. Close the edges and brush with egg and milk.

Stage 5

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
