  • 1 puff pastry
  • 500g mushrooms
  • 1 /2 pumpkin
  • 1/2 butternut
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Parsley

Stage 1

Wash and chop the vegetables.

Stage 2

Chop the onion and brown it in a little oil.

Stage 3

Add the diced pumpkin and butternut and cook.

Stage 4

Add the mushrooms to the end. Sprinkle with parsley and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200°c.

When the mixture is cold, spread the dough.

Place the vegetables in the middle of the dough and press well.

Close the dough over the vegetables.

Brush with egg. Draw shapes and bake for 30 minutes.
