  • Usage tips

    Use: In a conventional oven (300°C maximum), microwave oven if sized appropriately, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

    Never use:

    • Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 500g pumpkin
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp 4 spice powder

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Stage 2

Arrange the shortcrust pastry in the tart pan, line it with baking paper and arrange the dried beans. Cook the pastry for 15 minutes.

Stage 3

Cook the pumpkin at steam, puree the flesh (keep the skin to make a broth and the seeds to grill as an aperitif) and remove as much water as possible.

Stage 4

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.

Stage 5

Add the spices.

Stage 6

Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.

Stage 7

Pour the mixture over the dough, smooth the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Stage 8

Bake for 45 minutes.
