  • 800g chicken thighs
  • 1 lemon
  • 200ml lemon juice
  • mixed herbs
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1pinch curry powder
  • 1pinch tandoori powder
  • 1tsp ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • black pepper

Stage 1

Place the chicken thighs in a glass dish.

Stage 2

Add the lemon juice,a pinch of salt, curry power, tandoori powder, garlic cloves and mixed herbs.

Stage 3

Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 8 hours.

Stage 4

Remove the dish from the fridge, season with a drizzle of oil, a grind of pepper and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
