Enjoy these multi-colored mini peppers, stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in golden puff pastry, and topped with fun eyes for a spooky fun experience.




  • 500g mini peppers of all colors
  • Fresh cheese
  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • salt and pepper



Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Wash the peppers, cut them lengthwise and remove the flesh.

Stage 3

Sprinkle the peppers with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Stage 4

Cut strips of puff pastry. Wrap the strips around the vegetables.

Stage 5

Put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Stage 6

Add little eyes, (NOT EDIBLE), to scare your guests.
