  • 2 chicken filets
  • 2slices ham
  • 2slices cheese (gruyère/cheddar)
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Stage 2

Butterfly the chicken fillets and flatten them with a rolling pin.

Stage 3

Season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each fillet. Fold the chicken fillets over.

Stage 4

In one plate, beat the eggs; in two others, put the flour and breadcrumbs

Stage 5

Dip each chicken fillet in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat this process twice

Stage 6

Place the fillets in an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes, then finish under the grill for a few extra minutes
