CARE: Wash first before use. Avoid abrasive and chlorinated products. Limescale can be cleaned with a cloth dampened in vinegar. Oxidation stains can be cleaned with a stainless-steel cleaner and polish. Soak in water to clean up burnt food. Wash thoroughly immediately after.

USE: For safety, to avoid damaging the article and for optimal performance, use on a heating zone of suitable diameter, the flames must not extend beyond the bottom of the article, the size of the heating zone must not be greater than the bottom of the article. Always heat on low heat when no liquid inside to avoid damage due to overheating. Oven cooking is possible (up to 260°C, 200°C for the lid). Do not use in the microwave.
