Pea, feta and mint cake

Tasty spring cake: soft flour, pieces of feta, tender peas, all scented with the freshness of mint. A delight!




  • 150g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 45ml olive oil
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 200g frozen or canned peas
  • A few mint leaves
  • 200g feta
  • salt and pepper


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Mix the eggs, flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Stage 3

Add the olive oil and milk. Mix again. Season with salt and pepper.

Stage 4

Add the peas, chopped mint and feta to the mixture. Mix well.

Stage 5

Pour into a cake mold. Place a few peas and feta on top and bake for 45 minutes.
