+In a container, dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water, leave to rest for 5 minutes then add the rest of the water.
Pour the flour over it, then the salt.
Roughly mix everything to using a spatula.
Cover and leave to rest for around 1 hour 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge, the dough should double in volume.
Preheat the oven to 240°
On the board floured workpiece, pour the dough
Shape your buns without overworking the dough. Add flour if the dough is too sticky.
Place the seeds on top of the buns.
Let rest for 10 minutes covered with a cloth.
Cook 30 min.
