Seed buns

Artisanal breads, prepared with care, a soft texture, a golden crust, sprinkled with seeds, ready to delight your taste buds.




  • 500g flour
  • 300ml lukewarm water
  • 12g fresh baker's yeast
  • 1tsp salt
  • Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds


Stage 1

In a container, dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water, leave to rest for 5 minutes then add the rest of the water.

Stage 2

Pour the flour over it, then the salt.

Stage 3

Roughly mix everything to using a spatula.

Stage 4

Cover and leave to rest for around 1 hour 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge, the dough should double in volume.

Stage 5

Preheat the oven to 240°

Stage 6

On the board floured workpiece, pour the dough

Stage 7

Shape your buns without overworking the dough. Add flour if the dough is too sticky.

Stage 8

Place the seeds on top of the buns.

Stage 9

Let rest for 10 minutes covered with a cloth.

Stage 10

Cook 30 min.
