Should we add anything?

1 carrot
1 onion

1 potato
Salt and pepper

After that ?

STEP 1

Place the carcass of your chicken in a large saucepan, accompanied by carrots, onions, potatoes...and generally, parts of the vegetables that you don't usually use, the greens of the leek for example.

2ND STEP

Add salt and pepper. Add water until the mixture is covered.

STEP 3

Cover and bring everything to a low boil for 1 hour 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.


STEP 4

Once everything is cooked, remove the vegetables and the chicken carcass, leaving only the broth. It's ready !


STEP 5

Serve the chicken broth hot. You can garnish it with cream or croutons for more deliciousness.
