  • Usage tips

    Use: In a conventional oven (300°C maximum), microwave oven if sized appropriately, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

    Never use:

    • Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.
    • A chipped or partially broken dish

    Care instructions:

    • Wash before first use.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners.
    • Washing in a dishwasher under abnormal conditions such as excessive water temperature and detergent dose may damage the decoration, glass and lid. In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend leaving the dish to soak in soap and water once it has cooled.

Baked green asparagus risotto

  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 1 onion
  • 1L of vegetable stock
  • 300g of rice for risotto
  • Parmesan
  • olive oil

Recipe

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Stage 2

Wash and chop the asparagus, keeping the tips.

Stage 3

Brown the onion in a little olive oil. Add the rice and mix well. Add the asparagus .

Stage 4

Add the white wine and half of the vegetable stock.

Stage 5

Pour into a baking dish.

Stage 6

Put in the oven for 25/30 minutes.

Stage 7

Add more stock if necessary.

Stage 8

Brown the asparagus heads in a little oil.

Stage 9

Remove from the oven and add the parmesan and asparagus heads.
