Honey-Roasted Pears with Flaked Almonds with Air Fryer

  • 2 ripe but firm pears
  • 1tbsp honey
  • A handful of flaked almonds
  • A squeeze of lemon juice

Stage 1

Brush the pears with a little lemon juice, then drizzle with honey.

Stage 2

Place the pears in the air fryer, cut side up.

Stage 3

Cook for 10–15 minutes at 180°C.

Stage 4

Add a little more honey and scatter over the flaked almonds.

Stage 5

Cook for a further 2–4 minutes until the almonds are lightly golden.
