Chocolate and zucchini fondant

Chocolate magic: divine fondant, sweet fusion of egg, zucchini and chocolate, cooked in secret, revealing irresistible tenderness in each bite.




  • 50g of chocolate
  • 10g of sugar
  • 10g flour
  • 20g zucchini
  • 1 egg



    Stage 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°c.

    Stage 2

    Melt the chocolate.

    Stage 3

    Mix the egg and the sugar in a bowl, then add the flour, the melted chocolate and the grated zucchini.

    Stage 4

    Mix well .

    Stage 5

    Pour the mixture into a ramekin and place a square of chocolate in the center.

    Stage 6

    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes (time may vary depending on your oven).
